i have intel dg41wv . 2gb ddr3 ram .
dual core e5700 3.00 ghz .
and xfx ati radeon hd 5750 .
corsair vs450 450 watt psu CAN handle it
i also wanna overclock

Yeah the Corsair should be able to handle it. It is rate Plus 80 and that is very good for a budget Power Supply. You should have no problems running that board. That PSU has the PCI-E cord if your gpu needs one.. I don't remember if it does.. I recommend you upgrade to a 500 or 600w power supply since you didn't mention anything bout your case or cooling system. Go with stability upgrades before you go with high end performance.
