corsair vs450 not working

I bought corsair vs450 uk model
It is not working
As i turn the power
onFan of processor nd psu spin for a second then stops
Please help me

If you have a spare powersupply, try that. If that is working fine, then your new Powersupply is defective so you have to get it RMAed. If the same problem occurs with your spare Powersupply also, then either your RAM or motherboard might be defective. First try this and post your response.

what are your specs? maybe you dont have enough power for your system. Also, the unit "PSU" came damage.

My intex powersupply is working fine
And my mobo is intel
dh61hoProcessor intel pentium g2010

With my intex psu i have to connect a 4 pin cord to the mobo
But with the corsair psu i connected only 24 pin to mobo

how many watts is your intex PSU? sound like you got a bad Corsair unit, you should RMA it.

(3.3v nd 5v = 85w max)

This may not be a power supply problem. You should make sure you have everything configured properly.

1. Take your computer apart down to bare bones (very carefully)
2. Place your motherboard on your mobo box with nothing connected.
3, Insure your CPU and heatsink are seated properly and your CPU Fan is plugged into the CPU Fan header (different for all different water coolers)
4. Put one memory dimm into slot 1A of your motherboard, connect your monitor, CPU 8pin (or 4pin) and your 24pin power. Make sure these are seated properly as they can take some unexpected force to secure.
5. Use a key to short your two power button pins for a brief moment (no longer than 5 seconds)

Let us know what happens.

If the problem still is there then your CPU, Mobo, or power supply is bad, This does not have the symptoms of a RAM problem.

He was able to boot properly with his old Powersupply. So the new one should be defective.

First of all, please don't purchase these stuffs from online retailers other than flipkart and amazon. I don't have any corsair service center number but you can contact snapdeal customer care they will guide you. But i suggest you to return the PSU and get a new PSU or get your money back(if it is possible).

You can find corsair service center number from the below link. As this one is an UK model, they will not service it i guess. Talk to snapdeal people and get it replaced.
