Cheapest one that I can advise at that page.
Well, if you are on tight budget, you are looking for savings at wrong place. Expensive GPU model (I mean Asus Strix are one of the most expensive GPUs), RGB ram (and also 3000 MHz while your board supports only max 2400 MHz) and expensive peripherals.
Back to the point: 450 W might be enough, but VS series is actually one of the lowest quality models made by Corsair, so I wouldn't advise going that way. Personally, I would go for 550 W unit, Corsair CXM (grey label) for example if you're looking for cheap one.

Agree with DRagor, the VS series are not good quality. Ditch the ASUS ROG Strix and just buy a normal 1070Ti and put the difference into a better PSU. Just the saving on downgrading the RAM from 3000Mhz to 2400Mhz which you've got to do as it won't be compatible with that mobo is probably enough cash to invest in a better PSU and you can keep the 1070ti

sorry bout that im a rookie myself but im open for suggestions. i picked those because of rgb lightings 😀 i could cut out my budget on peripherals and try to look for 2400mhz ram. what good powersupply could you recommend thats about 50-60usd maybe currently vs450 is 35usd here in my country
edit; opps sorry bout that i didnt saw the your recommendation for cxm units

only 3000Mhz trident z rgb is currently available in my country maybe i would opt to getting non-rgb what good other brand could you recommend with about 50-60usd price point for a psu

opting for these now ;aerocool-strike-x-500 or cooler-master-thunder-500w-80-power-supply which is better?

What is your country? If you buy online, can you give link to your preferred online shops?
Savings on RAM are not granted, today I've been browsing RAM in Germany sites, and 3000 MHz Trident RGB costs almost same as basic Ripjaws V 2400.

im keeping in check for cheap 1080 but basically everything is overpriced here in the philippines and there aren't alot of them to choose from. limited stocks and overpriced that's how my country have been all the time

im from philippines. i could'nt buy from other country since my country tax too much from deliveries coming from outside

Neither. You're still approaching this the wrong way, trying to find the cheapest thing you can get away with for what is your PC's most important part. What site are you ordering from?

Im currently checking from pcx.com.ph/dynaquestpc.com/tipidpc.ph

Tipidpc offers a wider variety since its a buy and sell page but i cant seem to find cxm model of corsair there. Btw 1usd = 50php if you would check their pricing and compare it to usd
