Putting a VS450 in that system is an insult to its hardware.
No offence CorsairJoseph, but that line of PSU's is crap.
The VP is better(tier 3), but the VS is tier 4.
Overclocking the 960 and the 4690K will require clean power. You should get a 550W/750W(if SLI) from Seasonic(the S12G/any M12), or Antec. Unfortunately, at this price range, there is no Corsair PSU of comparable or better quality that'll not become too expensive.
I'd advise you to keep some room in your PSU capacity for another 960/(970 if you decide to upgrade to one).
For such a build, always keep aside atleast 6000 for the PSU. Your i5 deserves it.
