I think it's because it's more economical to produce 256GB SSD at 19nm density.

the £167 120GB model is a decoy choice.

This is a classic well understood marketing trick to manipulate people into buying the particular product or SKU that the corporation wants to sell... in this case the 240GB model for £205.
