[SOLVED] Corsair's Premium PCIe 3.0 x16 Extension Cable

I hope I am not missing something obvious, but I was curious as to what the difference between these two items on Corsair's website in the provided links? They look identical, but they have different SKU numbers.

Absolutely no difference in terms performance or reliability. Most likely just difference in manufacturing origin or stock, but nothing I can find documentation on. I'd go with the 419 SKU but neither option should perform any different than the other. It's also possible the 243 is a discontinued model and that the 419 has minor manufacturing revisions. If anything, go with the 419 if you see it available on another retailer site.
