Hello my pc is done and is taretd it up, and in 10 mins of afk i checked to see how hot it is, and the corsair h100i block is pretty hot. And the tubes feel hot? i also have no fans at all. Is it normal for the tubes to be hot?

You are going to need to install the fans to get rid of the heat, if you don't put fans on a rad the water that goes through the rad and the rest of your system has nothing to make it cool. So all that is happening is your system never cools down the water and you simply are running hot water that is not letting anything in your system cool off.

Install OS, and post some temps

Warm air being pushed through will still help a great amount, my room is normally 80-85 and I have not problems with any of my computers that have fans, use fans even if your room is hot. Just think about it like this, if a room is extremely hot you can still do something to cool yourself off like a fan to blow the air around or directly at you to help comfort yourself from the heat. The same works for computers, even if the room was 100 degrees and you had enough fans your system still would stay cool enough, without any fans your system with most likely overheat with any kind of load.

The reason the H100i came with fans when you bought them was for you to use them. It is necessary to put these fans on the RAD on either push or pull configuration. If I were you, I'd put it as a push confirguration. Pushing hot air from your computer to the outside.

Kind of like this:
