I planned to switch a mobo to new one. I've used a computer with this mobo which looks bad for about 11 months. Could it impair other hardware such as gpu, ram, hard drive, psu etc ? If so, is it meaningless to buy other mobo ?

A motherboard essentially is called that for a reason. Every peripheral and other piece of hardware you connect to a mobo can experience issues if your mother board is malfunctioning even only slightly. Think of a computer like a house of cards, and the mobo is the base.

Maybe just the pcie slot is going bad, but that could cause intermittent malfunctions to something like your video card, and if those malfunctions are bad enough, it can permanently damage the card itself, or even other components.

The most important piece to upkeep is your motherboard. If you suspect something is wrong with it, diagnose and repair the problem properly or swap out the motherboard for a new one. Dont take unnecessary risks with all your other hardware.
