Question Could a Windows update cause my GPU (XFX Mercury 7900 XTX magnetic air) fans to stop working?

I have a XFX Mercury 7900 XTX magnetic air and ever since the last Windows 11 update a couple days ago my monitors would lose signal mid game. It turns out none of the 3 fans are working at all, and it was overheating. I can't get them to turn on at all. I have Zero RPM off in Adrenalin 24.12.1. I have had the card about a month with zero issues thus far. Was it just a coincidence they stopped working right after the update?

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers for it, but that didn't work either. Tried reseating the card and the power cables as well. I have another week to return it, but is there anything else I could try to get the fans working?

Using DDU in Safe Mode, to remove all GPU drivers(intel, Nvidia and AMD), to later install the latest driver sourced from AMD's support site in an elevated command?

You might want to mention the make and model of your PSU and it's age. Please include the make and model of your motherboard and it's BIOS version.

Correct. I uninstalled using DDU in safe mode and installed the latest drivers from the AMD website. My PSU is ~2 months old. Here are my full specs:
