Could a Youtube Channel like this get Sued ???

Solution
It would be VERY unlikely to be sued for something like this. I believe only the copyright holders would be able to sue someone, and it's quite expensive and hard-work to go through with a lawsuit. I don't think big companies would spend their time looking for illegal videos on youtube to sue people.
They would just contact Youtube, report the vieos and have them taken down, but not sue them.

Basically, they wouldn't sue someone just for some videos, although they would be able to, technically.

I know youtube channels that does the same thing but have lasted years. Is getting the channel taken down the worst thing that can happen? or could u get sued is well? i mean people do this everyday, does everyone get sued?

How is that possible, this is one of my friends accounts, he's had multiple channels like this. he has never been sued, the worst that has happened is his channels got taken down.

Thanks you so much, this helped alot, Just out of curiosity, Most video like this that has an owner comes up with a Notice. And my friend has "Acknowledged third party content" those videos, (agreeing that they do not belong to him) technically meaning he cant make money of them cause it belongs to another owner, but could the videos still get taken down or sued by the owner ?

Again to raise the question. Have you ever heard of anyone who has been sued like that? People upload stuff like this everyday. The reason I'm asking is cause I want to start a channel, I'm going to upload come clips from movies. People have done that so much.

Thank you for the information. Just a quick thing. I heard that you can only get sued if you channel is famous and successful and that makes a lot of money, Otherwise they just delete the channel. I mean they cant sue all the millions of people who upload copyright materials they upload right. And I heard and read that even if a lawsuit was meant to happen they would ask you to take down the video first. Its if only you don't take it down they intend to sue. Is this right ?

What you are saying is quite different from what is on the YouTube laws and copyright page. Lets say I have this channel and I upload small clips from movies to it, Maybe I remix it a little or maybe I don't. And I even get Content ID claims for some videos and I acknowledged it, (meaning that I have agreed that I'm using someone elses content and that I cannot make money off it but I can have it on my channel). How can they still Sue?, All I hear is the worst that can happen is the video or the channel could get taken down.

Honestly, I'm not sure. I'm not a lawyer, but I can promise you, you will not get sued. The clip may be taken down, the account may be banned, but you're not gonna get sued. Don't worry about it. If you're concerned, just don't upload movies to YouTube.

Thank you, This helped alot.

Some more questions. sorry haha, I have uploaded some movie clips and they don't come up with the content ID. But some video clips do. This could mean that Youtube hasn't recognized the uploaded videos info correctly or it takes a while for the video to get detected and for me to get a copyright notice. I'm just worried that for the videos that don't get the Copyright notices (which they should) appear as normal uploaded videos and are getting views like normal videos. Would this cause any trouble ? would someone get sued for using video clips or Audio tracks like that, cause technically youtube is supposed to give a copyright notice for the copyright material I've used in my videos, But if they don't should not worry and use the video anyways.
