Could anybody help me review my $800 budget gaming build?

After a good amount of research and reading/watching part reviews, I think I'm almost ready to build my first PC on a budget of $800, essentially for gaming only. I've never built before so I really don't have any experience, and I just want to make sure there are no problems with this build and that I can get good value with these parts on this budget. Here's the build:

If anybody has any recommendations for adjustments I should make, or need to make, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hm, okay. I really want to stick with the sapphire. I'll look around for a better deal, though. Thanks!

It's just simply not on sale today. I'm sure it will will be back on sale sooner than later unless AMD has purposely raised the price on all of the 290s.

Here is a very good 8GB RAM kit for $55

Right, I did know that. I really don't plan to do that for a while though so I think I'm gonna stick with what I've got.

Lower Cas latency and better speed, i'm seeing a difference of $5 so why not. Slight difference, noticeable...more then likely not, but its still a good option. I get your point though.
