Question Could anyone please tell me what these log files indicate?

My PC has been randomly power cycling since the past two months.
I have replaced everything including the PSU, RAM to a QVL supported one, MOBO, SSD, M.2, cabinet and processor.
I have also disabled fast startup.

PC specs:
i7-8700
Mobo : Gigabyte B365 DS3h
Gskill Ripjaws 3600mhz DDR4 X1
WD black 512 M.2
Seagate 256 SSD
PSU: Coolermaster GX 750 cmstorm 80 plus bronze
AIO 240mm deepcool liquid cooler
Cabinet Antec NX500
Nvidia Quadro fx4800

There is no BSOD. Just random shutdowns and automatic power on.


I'm pretty sure the issue is something really minor yet causing such a big hassle.
I have a log file attached after the failed boot, could you please take a look and see if it tells you what the problem is?

Your BCD shows that you have a RAM error. Have you attempted to rum memtest?

The next time you are able to boot the machine to windows you should try that.
Win + R then type in 'mdsched.exe'

If you can't get into windows then I would try removing your RAM sticks one by one to see if it is your RAM causing an issue.

I did swap it with a QVL supported RAM and still faced the issue, regardless, I'm running the memtest as I type. Will update.

Nothing jumps out from the logs that causes an issue like this.

Random Power Cycles are usually a RAM issue or a power issue.

How old is that PSU?

I've swapped the PSU with a friend's and had the same issue, the PSU is about 6 months old.
The memtest just finished, it hasn't shown any errors.
In one of the event viewer logs it said windows failed to boot due to a hard disk issue but I've changed my m.2 nvme as that is where it was booting from. Don't understand how it can still be the issue.

Hmmm. So you only have one stick of RAM in your machine correct?

Have you tried using it in the 2nd set of slots? Try it in slots that are different colors from the one your RAM is in. Just a possibility.
