Question Could be GPU problem?

Hi all I got some weird things.

1.Sometimes when i am playing specially csgo it quit to the desktop without any error any message.
2.In firefox the text sometimes looks like washed or grimy. When I refresh the page it is clear again.
3.In firefox again when i am on page which has some effect it looks like weird. Specially when i am scrolling.

But 2.-3. point doesn't happen in MS Edge.

Could be the GPU is dying? i tried different drivers already. I am on 2004 version windows 10 Home now.

The card is an MSI RTX 2080 TI Gaming X Trio.

Problem is solved. It was either vga or firefox version issue. I updated both and the problem has gone.
