I curentry have a mid range gaming pc. But I have some old parts and pcs. If I were able to put a system with 2 gigs of ddr2 ram a Intel core duo and a 1 gig gtx 560 ti together could I run gta v lowest settings possible (with maybe a few gpu settings not all the way down because a 560 ti isn't that bad). Could I run it 30 fps lowest settings possible and give the pc to a friend or something?

It will not run with less than 4GB RAM. GTA V is also CPU heavy so it would really struggle on anything but a high clocked C2D (at least 3 GHz).

I ran it on an older rig 4GB C2D (3.8 GHz) with GTX 560 and it ran pretty well at medium settings.

maybe you can't before u upgrade your ram to 4gb minim , gta v minim requirement need 4gb ram , so you must upgrade your ram to play it , about your procie , dual core maybe too hard to play gta v , u maybe can play it on lowest setting 768p , but maybe a little lag when you're on a place where many people also there , i mean crowded places , your gpu is okay , since gt 730 also can run gta v on 900p low , so you can get along with that gpu , but like i said before , u need to up ram to 4gb and procie maybe u need to up to 4 core , the minim requirement of gta v is 4 core but i have ever try playing it on dual core , it just kinda lag on crowded place because gta v is cpu intensive game
