Question Could it be the power supply?

Hi, please help.

It takes too long (15 minutes or so) for me to get into the windows. It all started with the LED that suddenly lit off after I push the power button. It's on again after a second and then all I see in the monitor is a black screen until it gets straight to the windows - no bios.

We're going to need a lot more information. Please list the full specs to your build and include the age of the PSU if it's been in service for a while. Please mention what you've done in order to troubleshoot your system.

But now i can't seem to get into windows anymore to look at the spec. It's been more than half an hour waiting. There's a rapid white flash showing in the monitor (still in black screen). What I can tell is it's an 8 year old pc (win7). Gigabyte motherboard. Adata ssd. Corsair psu.
