Question Could my motherboard make my pc completely useless with BSOD?

Hi so I bought a custom built pc from my friend who made it 3 years ago I have had it for 1 year and in the last few months I started to get BSOD very often and different kinds as well. If I’m watching a video I’ll get the BSOD and it will restart and if I’m gaming it will also give the error and restart however this week I have been locked out of my pc essentially. When I boot my pc it gives a BSOD and restarts then I’m at the windows is preparing automatic repair and then as the white dots move it freezes and my mouse and keyboard lights turn off. I am also not able to go into the safe mode as I can not go to that option screen and I have been told that it is either a processor or a motherboard problem but I don’t want to go buy a new motherboard and install it and find out that it’s still giving me BSOD. I have already updated my graphics drivers ,before when I could use my pc, and done a clean install of windows 10 as well pls help me with my problem I’ve been trying to find out what’s wrong with it for over a month now thank you
My pc specs are
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600X Six-Core Processor
Memory: 16 GB RAM (15.93 GB RAM usable)

Stop code: KERNEL SECURITY CHECK FAILURE
Stop code: IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL
SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION
