Hello. I think I have fairly good pc and it should run games okay. This is not the case. In literally every game I experience stuttering. my FPS actually stays very high all the time, but this "microstuttering" still occures. It's not even game dependant lagging, it's with every game. Minecraft, GTA V, Witcher3, CS:GO..etc. All drivers are okay, temps are okay, I have tried to reinstall windows, XMP profile is on.

I have read that my SSD (provided below) is really bad. Apparently there has been alot problems with that specific SSD. I really think this could be the problem, because my whole system kinda lags. Like even if I hover over my desktop icons, it's laggy. I just really feel like this PC should be able to run basic games like CSGO and Minecraft without lag. It just doesn't happen. Its just so weird because my FPS isn't dropping. It stays above 60 all the times. It's just the microstuttering that gets me.

Try changing 3D settings in Nvidia control panel:
Low latency mode - off
Vertical Sync - Adaptive.

Also check cpu and gpu temperatures. Use MSI Afterburner.
