"Could Not Load Drivers" Code error 43 Nvidia 8800m gts

Getting that error on a gateway p6860fx laptop. Try uninstalling and reinstalling drivers nothing has worked for me so far any ideas. Runnin Windows vista

Im sorry to say i also tryed those after uninstalling the other ones 🙁 Didnt work im so confused

I recommend you reinstall windows
