Solution
As I am sure you are aware there is a serious GPU shortage going on right now.

What I might recommend is that you shop the trusted retailer in your locale and see what kind of budget you can find a card for, if it's in stock. Expect things like the 1050ti or 1650 to be the best you can find under $3-400. Either of those cards should do low/mid settings 1080/60 in 'many' games. They have been around a long long time and benchmark reviews are all over.

After that aspect is said and done you need to let us know what budget you have left, but probably ~$600. That is going to put you in R5 3600 on a B450, some Ripjaws or similar priced RAM and a half decent ~500W power supply in a modest case. You should be able squeeze a budget SSD/M.2...

You need to check back when your ready to buy. What you can price today has nothing to do with a few months from now.

I apologize in regard to not providing a list. I live US and not really skilled with foreign retailers.

Solid build even if over budget. Some solid choices there. Well done, sir.
You could get right at it using a cheaper case and 3600 processor.

If it was me I would start trying to find a RTX 3060 or 3060ti now for about the regular price instead of jacked up or a used 2070 / 2070S / 2080.

But as I said their really no telling what you can get for what price a few months from now.

Good price (right now) on the power supply with overkill, not the best quality but you could do a lot worse. DC to DC conversion not the best fan rifled bearing fan about =
sleeve well a bit better on paper made by Great Wall.

I’ve been looking at a lot of 3060ti cards and it’s seems that there is only a couple of models that are in stock my personally choice for a 3060ti would be the MSI gaming x trio 3060 ti from scan as of right now it’s

ive been looking into 3060ti cards as I do know a fair bit about computers as I have built a few myself but I thought I would get the advice of some more knowledgeable people the 3060 I am thinking of getting is the :
MSI gaming x trio 3060ti
And if this card lowers in price I will have to see whether I am to buy it or not I completely agree with most of the parts in the lists myself and think they were all solid choices
