Could someone explain these Ports and their description?

Could someone explain these ports and what they mean or are used for?
(STUN & TURN) a protocol for "NAT traversal" & localisation access


I have read about NAT traversal but it still doesn't make much sense to me, and I could not find enough information about "localisation access."

It would be helpful if this could be explained from firewall perspective, as in the firewall is logging several incoming IPs from these ports as DOS (which may or may not be the case).
