Question Could someone provide guide on the essential/core BIOS settings for the Gigabyte Gaming X AX V2 Rev1 board please?

Installed Win11Pro, re-boot and now nothing. BIOS showed all items connected and working.

Fans come on, Hera speaker ping and screen hangs at windows logo screen. Press par to restart and now powers up, fans all running, screen black.

I reset CMOS and now able to access BIOS. Should I leave all defaults and try restarting OR restart fresh install of Win11Pro OR upgrade BIOS (current version F30)??
