Question Could someone recommend a new laptop ?

Hi friends, does anybody have a new laptop recommendation that meets the following criteria?

Screen Size: I want 13” but will settle for 14”, no more. I need this compact for travel.

CPU: I don’t need the latest, but I will take it if everything is available. I want that part to be more suited for performance.

GPU: The computer will be used for graphics-intensive projects, such as a bit of rendering via FFmpeg. I would like to have a dedicated Nvidia or Radeon video card.

Ram: I would like 64GB of RAM, but I hardly see 32GB on these newer (soldered-in RAM) models, so I will wait to see what is possible.

Power: This is the reason I want a new laptop. I am looking for a laptop with USB-C power. I need this because I very rarely find an AC on planes these days. However, they always seem to have a USB charger.

HDD: I would hope for removable, however, I can work with whatever type and size.

Older or new model does not matter.

1. What is your budget? It's high, meaning I have a company budget for it. I'm more concerned with finding the correct tool than with price.

2. What is the size of the notebook that you are considering? No bigger than 14". Would really like 13".

3. What screen resolution do you want? No less than 1920 x 1080 or the smaller screen resolution equivalent (that might be 1440 x ?? at 13")

4. Do you need a portable or desktop replacement laptop? I want a powerful portable laptop.

5. How much battery life do you need? I want it to be USB-C powered so I can plug it in on the planes I am experiencing nowadays (they never seem to have the AC adapter anymore).

6. Do you want to play games with your laptop? If so then please list the games that you want to with the settings that you want for these games. (Low,Medium or High)? No

7. What other tasks do you want to do with your laptop? (Photo/Video editing, Etc.) I want the laptop to be capable of Photo/Video editing, Etc.

8. How much storage (Hard Drive capacity) do you need? As much as possible

14. Please tell us any additional information if needed. The question about the battery life is what this all relates to. I am back taking a long flight, and I cannot plug in a laptop to an AC plug; I don't hardly find it, and when I do, it does not even work. However, I always see the USB charger though. I currently use a Thinkpad P52 workstation laptop. It is the last of its kind that takes a battery. It is a super machine. It is too big to travel with these days. I need something much smaller and lighter. The P52 is an older machine. My desktop uses a much more powerful modern CPU (14900K, 128GB RAM, Nvidia 4070). However, the Thinkpad P2 is still able to do on-the-go work that my desktop leaves off. I am asking a lot for a powerful small laptop these days. I post here, so if there is something out there, I do not miss it.
