I just bought a new RIG. Here are the specs:
PROC: Quad Core FX-4100 3.6Ghz
MOBO: Gigabyte 78LMT-S2P AM3+
RAM: 4GB G.Skill RAM
VCARD:Powercolor HD5570 1GB GDDR3

My monitor is an old Samsung Samtron 77DFX.

When I turn on the computer, the monitors seem fine then gets blurry after a while. Only texts are blurry as well as when I press the menu. It blurs as if I did not wear my glasses. I don't think my monitor is dying since when I play Crysis (the only game installed ATM) I don't get blurry texts and anything. Just blurry on the home screen and anything in windows. Any help?

it could be a driver issue (nuke and reinstall) or a cable issue (try other cable), port issue (try other input out puts), or driver settin issue (check desktop res, turn aero on/off, check amd CCC settings by turning the verious settings on/off)

CCC is the app you install along with the amd drivers

A complete driver reinstall should reset the ccc settings so you won't have to mess with that

aero can be turned off in a round about way by selecting an basic theme instead of the nicer looking one under personaliztion when you right click on the desktop
