Could you help me with this card I found ?

I found an old (?) graphics card, and want to see if it's good of anything. I myself don't have a decent PC, so an upgrade is welcome. It's an ASRock DVI Graphics-HDCP. Could you provide me with some details of it, or a source for said details ?

That's not a video card. It's an expansion card/accessory that added DVI-D port to some motherboards and used the Igpu for the graphics processing. If you add it to an incompatible motherboard it won't work.
