Hi ppl!

I was wondering if you could recommend a mousepad for sweaty hands. I'm currently using the Razer Mamba paired with the Goliathus, but since it's cloth, sweat damages it. It has become worn and rough. But only where my palm touches the pad. This has made it difficult to glide with the mouse, resulting in the loss of precision.
I've been told that those silicone pads are cool, like the Megasoma 2 and the Hiro.
What do you guys think?

personally i would just put a fan on your desk to keep you cooler.

from my experience with sillicone products.. i'm not so sure if that would make a good mousepad. straight up sillicone or sillicone rubber isnt very low resistance unless they are using some special blend. when wet (sweaty) it would also act different than when dry. it might become slick.

a hard mousepad will not soak up sweat (it will just drip onto the surface) however it will wear out the teflon feet on your mouse fairly quick. one major issue with the solid pads.

you could always just buy replacement cloth mousepads. you can get them online for as cheap as $3 on amazon for a rather thick mousepad not some cheap thin pad you can get at local stores.

so... you have options but all have pros and cons.
