Counter-Strike 1.6 graphics issue

My cs 1.6 has a unique problem, some maps like de_prodigy, de_nuke are not running correctly, There is a problem in textures. I cannot see walls or roof or sometimes even the floor.
I have been searching a solution for quite a while now, and didn't find anywhere on google.
Can u guide me to a solution regarding that?
Here is picture of de_prodigy, there's supposed to be a wall above, but i can see through.

It's probably a graphics card problem, if not try re-installing
