Counter Strike: Global Offensive Alert Issue

I been playing Counter Strike Global Offensive and for some reason when i drop a weapon, bomb, switch to and from burst mode, the damn alert notification that comes up comes up RIGHT OVER MY CROSS-HAIR!! Eggg as you can see its quite distracting trying to shoot someones head with a big notification in the way! I was wondering how i disable these notifications or move where they show up on my screen anywhere but in front of my cross-hairs. I am not at home right now and don't have a screenshot to show you but i've found a image with one of the notifications on it but its at the bottom of the screen not in front of the cross-hairs like mine is but im sure you'll get the point what im talking about:

You can turn them off in the options, they're called tutorial tips or something like that.

Not sure if its solved yet! Didn't have time to check last night! Will tonight after i leave work! Ill select Solution when i know its the right solution.

Well.. since its over 2 years ago, i guess it didn't work?

Currently having the same problem.
I have disabled it in settings and i keep using gameinstructor_enable 0, but when i join a game it turns in on.

I gave up on it, didn't work for me. Have sence sold my gaming PC and don't play anymore.
