Counter Strike Global Offensive has stopped working

Hey,

I recently bought CSGO and every time i start it up it says "CSGO.exe has stopped working," with no explanation why. I sent in two tickets to steam support but nothing they have given me to do has worked. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
