Counter Strike Global offensive low fps

I m having fps issues while playing on 1280 x760 res. i get 30 fps and while playing 1024x760 i get 35 fps while playing 800x600 i get 40 fps I have tried everything to increase my fps ... launch commands , configs , cpucores , disabling antivirus etc.......... Please suggest me something to increase my fps Please help my pc specs i3 550 3.2 ghz 6gb ram nvidia geforce 210 1gb

You're running on really old hardware man. You're not going to get much better than that sorry to tell you. Invest in a major upgrade and then you'll be happy.

The gpu is very poor in general. That should be your focus for an upgrade. I would suggest a 750ti at a minimum.

But ma friend got same specs and he getting 90+ fps on 1024x768 res why?

There is no way he will be getting 90 FPS with this GPU. That's impossible the GPU is way too bad...
