[SOLVED] CPU 100% / GPU 5-15% While playing BF5 - GPU engine on GPU 0 - Copy

So when I play Battlefield 5, for whatever reason it says the GPU engine is GPU 0 - Copy, and not GPU 0 - 3D, like with other games. No idea why it's doing this but it makes my fps constantly stutter from 90-120 fps. I tried messing with all the settings in game but it does nothing. Battlefield 4 doesn't do this.

Also the CPU goes up to 100% meanwhile the GPU normally stays very low. This didn't happen with my CPU when the game first came out, and it did do this stuttering before when I was playing on my 1070 GPU. What's weird is that when the game released and the following several months, maybe year or so, I had zero issues playing at 144 fps constantly with no stutters. Any ideas how I can fix this ?

• RTX 3070
• i7 8700k
• 16 gb RAM

try DDU your nvidia drivers in safe mode, then reboot and let windows install its own drivers, see how BF5 will run

I sorta did that except installed the previous nvidia driver while in safe mode manually. I guess I can give that a try but I doubt it will make a difference.
