I was gaming, playing shogun 2 on Ultra settings for at least 8 hours, and I heard the fan was so loud and I found this

https://ibb.co/M5qPCtM

hardware
  • I5-5200u
  • 930m
  • 8gb
  • SSD
for temp I know exactly the before and current number, I always track of these things because my laptop usually gets too hot even when on idle and lately my cpu acting wierd, often my cpu goes the turbo limit which more than 2.7ghz (the highest captured clock was 3.3ghz)

before
Idle 50-60c (but worst goes to 70c on idle)
browsing 60-65c
watching yt / twich 70c
playing games 70-80c

now
idle 35-40c
browsing 40-50c
watching yt/twich 40-58c
playing games 45-70c (depend on settings or mod)

no overclock
and never experiencing bsod

is this the sign when CPU starts dying?
13ghz for me on I5-5200U and 6000rpm on single laptop fan is mind blowing

I never track the fan speed but I saw on internet that even 4000rpm is not good for any stock laptop fan

Software glitch.

hope so I thought it was censor type of thing that is broken, which probably not good I assume (?)

because from clock to temp reading almost don't make sense. its always hot above 60 a month ago

I don't know much about CPU especially censor thingy, if the censor broken does it mean the CPU is also broken?

or it 100% safe?
I'm worried to play any games
