Cpu AIO cooler goo

I built a pc at the end of summer and i used a masterliquid lite 240 to cool my ryzen 5 1600x and i decided to overclock it. But now i have this weird green goo at the bottom of the cooler part thats on the cpu and the thermals are really bad(81°C + under load) and i really don't know what to do with it and how that green goo got there. Does anyone know what it could be and how to fix it?

You have a coolant leak.

Turn off, open up, clean up, fix the leak, refill, and try again.
