Question CPU and Dram flashes red and turns into VGA and Boot red lights

Hi, Im NEW into the DIY PC world and my new (1 month old)PC was working just fine yesterday. I just replaced my 3700x for the new 5600x. I also replaced my case because my 280 AIO didnt fit in my old one. Now, my PC wont boot fully: when I power on my PC cpu and dram red light turn on the Mobo for 5 secs - then the boot and the vga red lights come on. PC boots into black screen with Wind logo and Preparing Auto Repair.

hardware: ryzen 5600x, Auorus master 3080, Asrock b550 pro4, SilverStone 750w gold, crucial ballistix 3600 2x8gb

I checked the cpu it looks fine, no bent pins or anything, all the wires are in properly and wired correctly, changed the ram slots and tried using 1 ram in diff slots. all the fans and rgbs are good.

As i said in the beginning, im new and know very little. If u know the solution pls be elaborate. ty!

The issue you are facing isn't a POST error, it's a boot error. You may need to reinstall Windows or let automatic repair try to restore your PC either automatically or through system restore.
