Question CPU and fans suddenly hit 90C when at idle ?

I’m touching the aio cooler pumps, one is very hot and the other is cold?
PC Specs:
windows 11
asus apex xxi mobo
i9 10900k
psu 1000w
gpu RTX 3090
good air flow with 12 fans

i haven't got a spare heatsink or AIO cooler to test with, i don’t think applying thermal paste would work because of the sudden change and not sure how to test or fix the aio cooler. Any help would be appreciated.

But after waking up today it seems to be all normal not overheating etc, do you know what it couldve been i did touch anything

You haven't even told us which AIO you're using..

Because if it's an Asetek AIO, you may want to RMA it.

Oh ok sorry man it’s an msi 360R aio cooler

it’s got 3 years warranty should be fine but it seems although it’s working fine now should I maybe stress test the pc abit or how can i see if it’s actually faulty
