CPU and GPU Benchmarking need help

I have recently gotten into PC gaming and would like to benchmark my CPU and GPU. I am wondering what to use to benchmark them. Also I would like to try overclocking my GPU just slightly and would like tips on that too. Thanks!

System specs
CPU - i5 4690k
GPU - Sapphire Redeon R7 260X 2GB
RAM -12GB 1,600 MHZ
MOBO - ASUS Z97-A
Power supply - TS 550W
