CPU and GPU high temps

My CPU and GPU temps have been running hot lately. But not hot enough that it'll break the Cpu/Gpu. Rather, my main issue is that it's been making my room REALLY hot lately. I'm cooking like a pig!

Anyways, my CPU temp in idle/ light browsing (like just watching some Twitch or YT) is around 40 degrees while my GPU temp is around 55 to 60. Now these temps aren't suuuper high where it'll overheat and kill it, but it is quite high for idle.

It is worth noting, my CPU is cooled by a corsair h100i while my GPU is aircooled. My CPU is an i7 4790k (stock clock speed) and my GPU is a GTX 770 (also stock clock speed).

My Tower is a Corsair obsidian 750D, I've got 2 intake fans in the front, 2 exhaust fans, and then 2 fans ofc for the h100i (in intake as well). So the air flow is more than adequate.

How do I reduce the temps on these components? Does swapping the thermal paste and cleaning the radiator, fans, etc help? My CPU cooler is around 1+ years old so I haven't changed the paste since while my GPU is around maybe 2 years old? Again, I haven't changed the paste on either of those since I got em.

Thanks in advance

Alright thanks guys. Yeah I noticed just recently (the past few months) it's been steadily getting hotter and hotter. Slowly but gradually. Not to mention, the ambient temperature outside (I live in SE Asia) is around 30 degrees C.
