CPU and GPU performing way under expectations?

I just did a bechmark on userbenchmark and it says that CPU and GPU performing way under expectations. Is there anything I should be worried about, since I got this PC for less than 4 months now? My bench link is http://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/8647380

Did you see the recommendations line (high backend)? Something is using 30% of your CPU right out of the gate.
Also, it is unclear whether the comparison includes overclocked (or even optimized/non-throttled) CPU's.

I believe those two reasons are what's skewing your results.

Thank you for your answer. I am not that skilled when it comes to computers. Could you tell me another thing: The test recognised that I use an RX 580 (also what is listed in my device manager), but I am (almost surely) using an RX 570. Is that possible?

You need to give us a picture of whats running in the back ground of your computer.
It could be some malware nasties, and if so ZHPCleaner is what you need!

It's possible that the software read your GPU wrong, depending on the drivers.
It's also possible that you have a RX580. Pop open the case and check for part numbers or any badging to be sure.
