Question CPU and GPU randomly spike in Roblox and lagging heavily ?

so basiclly i thought it was a DDOS but i dont really know since i dont know anyting about computers but sometimes it lags right when i get into a game.

Sometimes it takes 5 to 10 minutes for it to start and sometimes it doesn't happen at all. I have a Lenovo computer and i just reset all the data on it and it didnt help nothin ( i dont know how to post screenshots here but i just joined a roblox game and my CPU was 176 ms my gpu was like 200 ms SENT 1.66 kb/s recv was fine ping was 155

Hey there,

Your ping is quite high. Are there no servers closer to you, or are you using a VPN or something? High ping can cause severe lag. Not nice.

What are your internet speeds?

i was using avast vpn bcuz at first i thought it was a DDOS and the Internet speed is 89.75 mbps
