Question CPU and GPU too hot

My brand new PC is running suspiciously hot. I have RX 5700 XT Pulse, not a refference cooler. When running Unigine Heaven (or almost any other intensive game) the junction tempreature slowly reaches 100c and stays there, and its running at 2500 RPM!!! Too fricking loud and hot at the same time. This is a quality aftermarket cooler were talking about here!!! 😡 https://i.imgur.com/myDme7A.png
Now my CPU, R5 3600, using quality aftermarket cooler Freezer 33 Esports One, 2 intake fans, 1 exhaust fan, and it still reaches 87C in AIDA64 Torture test (CPU, FPU, cache)

Also, just a minor thing, when idling, Razer Master is reporting completely differend clock speeds then every other program.

Try to rearrange your case fans? maybe not getting enough airflow
or try remove heatsink re apply thermal paste and re seat?

I would run with the case open with a desk fan blowing in there and see what improvement that gets you.
At least that will give you an indication if "case cooling" is the problem or something else.
