Question CPU and GPU

I use Asus Ex-A320M-gaming and Ryzen 2400G, 32 GB of ram and Geforce GTX1650 for videoediting on Premiere Elements 2020. The prosessor comes whit Radeon RX Vega 11 Graphics. I am not shure if thats makes problems when editing. When i edit video the Picture laggs, and frezez up. So i Wonder if i shuld go for a New prosessor whitout internal grafics? What do you guys think about that?

Are you sure that you're using your GTX 1650 instead of your Vega 11 Graphics?

I am not shure,
I have the newest drivers to my GTX1650 and i have my screen Connected to my GTX.
How can i find out that Elements running om my GTX?
