So according to intel 9900k/8700k
they only allow ddr4-2666 RAM
so what if i put motherboard that supports 3600 RAM
and i actually put ddr4-3666RAM will it be pointless?

Solution
2666mhz is the max memory speed officially supported by intel, anything over 2666mhz is technically considered overclocking. That said if the motherboard supports 3600mhz RAM and that kit is on your mobo's compatibility list it should run at 3600mhz without issue.

However RAM kit's that fast may take some manual tweaking in order to boot and run stable at 3600mhz. If you are expecting to just turn on the XMP profile and have the RAM run at it's advertised speeds I would recommend a good 3200mhz kit.

I have the Z390-H-Gaming
and i took the HyperX Predator 3600 CL17
is it fine to not replace the hyperx cl17

also what is better?
CL15 and 3000MHZ
or Cl17 and 3600MHZ

That kit should be fine if you already ordered it, if you have any problems just post back here and I will try to help you out.

For games the 3600mhz CL17 kit should be faster than a CL15 3000mhz kit in pretty much anything. Not much faster maybe a few percent at most.
