Question My Microsoft account got hacked and they changed the password and recovery email.

Exactly the title, and the recovery forms didn't work. I can provide information to prove the account is mine, but please, over 200 dollars have been spent on that account. Too much AI and I need a real person to talk to about this. My hacked email is . I am pissed and am tired of talking to clankers.

Fair enough. In the 7 hours since I have been hacked, I have made peace with it. I can always just buy Xbox games and Microsoft Office again. Good thing I didn't use my Microsoft account for anything other than Xbox and Office. Rest in peace, lol. Oh, and a development was made where I know who did it and how (I'm not paying anyone 50 dollars because I do not have a guarantee of getting my account back and I don't really care anymore.) and I'm doing a small part in helping against other people getting stolen from like this. It is a bigger operation than your simple "You have virus on PC!!!" (they use very *very* real looking verification as instead of your password they ask for 2 emails, hoping the second is your recovery email) Appreciate it, though. Good day.

I did this beforehand and it's really disappointing that tech support have been replaced with AI.

outlook or micosoft have alias you can setup that will only access thru email. that will hide your login email address from everyone.
