Hello , I have a Intel DQ67SW mobo , I googled CPU compatibility with this mobo and game debate website and another says that a Xeon E3 1230 v2 is compatible .
So I bought one and put it in and nothing coming on screen but they was one beep and fans running and lights on .
I had a i5 2320 in it before , I had a i5 2500k so I've put this in and it works I put a little less thermal paste on this time I'm new to this so maybe I was being too cautious can too much paste stop it from booting ?
