CPU and Mother board Question For my Inspiron 570

I am trying to figure out what i3 CPU / Motherboard and what AMD CPU/ Motherboard
that ya'll would recommend. I thought that my available funds was going to be more then what they are but not to sure know so I am trying to get an idea on different possibilities

I was hoping to be able to spend 3-500 dollars but just found out that i might not have that much so trying to get options the reason i am asking for both AMD and I3 iI like both and will be able to choose from. Again thank you for you time I apericate it

Oh crap i'm sorry I am working on build it up in to a gaming pc starting with the CPU and mother board
and found out that the funds arnt going to be where that id like them to be so this way i have a couple options if that's ok.

want to build to a gaming system but i have to do it in steps the problem i am having is the games i play are lagging to much (titanfall ,Battlefield 4 and need for sped rivals)
and let say sorry I am still trying to get used to the way this set up works

i came to the realization that i am not going to be able to go with the best right now thats why i was asking what AMD and I3 CPU/motherboard that ya'll would recomend for it


i know that i need at least an I3 3.1 ghz cpu or 2.8 ghz AMD CPU but i have no idea what motherboard goes with them

games are lagging i know that i need to upgrade the CPU and motherboard I3 3.1 Ghz and AMD 2.8 Ghz but i have no idea what bmotherboard and chipset to get i wish that i was not this much of a pain in the but the first time you are helping me and i amd 100% sorry for the inconvience that i am causing you
