I am using Intel Pentium E6700 CPU and BIOSTAR Group G31D-M7 (Copied directly from Speccy since I'm not that knowledgeable on hardware). I was starting to get lag while gaming and my pc started to slow down in temperature. I cleaned the inside of my pc and then launched it again. However the issues are still arising. When I turned on my pc i decided to check the temperature and this is what I got

These are the temperatures that I get when I first start up the pc. It then lowers to about 65 for 5 minutes and then raises back up to these temperatures (basically the temperatures fluctuates every 5 or 10 mins).I am not sure if this means there is a malfunction in the motherboard or the CPU. The fans are all working and so the only other thing I can think of is to apply some thermal paste as I'm not sure when I did that last. Would thermal paste really help it though if it's at these sorts of temperatures on startup? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
