[SOLVED] CPU and SSD under performing

Hi all.

I recently performed a benchmark through 3DMark Timespy and UserBenchmark and noticed that my Ryzen 5 2600 is under performing quite a bit, same with my Samsung 860 EVO, however it isn't as bad as the CPU. The links to both results are below.

I'm not sure if the CPU issue is because I haven't overclocked it due to the fact that I am using the stock cooler and am not too sure what thermals would be like if I tried to overclock.
Any help as to why this could be occurring would be appreciated.

Cheers.

Solution
"Overall this PC is performing as expected (51st percentile) "
CPU - 64.7% Good
SSD - 83.5% Excellent

The "problem" is simply the way that tool reports things.

That honestly makes sense because I'm sure the majority of people that have used that tool would have overclocked their CPU quite a bit which makes mine seem bad since it has no overclock.
