Question CPU at 30 to 40 degree idle and speed fluctuating

my 10600k cooled with msi 240 AIO temperature at 30 to 40 degree idle

and CPU speed always fluctuating and most of the time stuck at 4.5 ghz no over clock i have done ever

so is this all ok ??

your 10600K is actually quite cool on temp. Mine idles at approx. 39-41. It's summer here now, with a heatwave going on.

my clock fluctuates between 800MHz to 4200MHz on idle. Nothing is overlocked.

relax, it's fine.

Is it Version 2?
