[SOLVED] CPU at 40-58 celsius while idle/browsing internet/watching youtube?

So i have a Ryzen 5 3600 and use a Cooler master 212 black edition radiator with a Nocuta NF-F12 PWM 120mm fan mounted on. When im just idle without anything running, my cpu temp is around 35-43 C. Then when im watching youtube or just browsing the internet, it goes up to around 46-58C. Is this normal? I dont have the best case for airflow. I dont know exactly what the case is called but i think its a fractal tower?

thats normal temps for a 3600

without anything your temps are really good. I can only get that low if I turn aio fans up. I just prefer quiet so lowest I see is 44c

the constant spikes are normal, mines always bouncing up and down as it wakes up a core to do something.
