Question CPU bad temp sensor?

Hello.

I own a Lenovo Legion Y720 with i7 7700hq, GTX 1060, 16GB Ram..


The problem is with CPU. I installed a software to monitor my CPU temperature and the values are kinda strange to me.
The temperature is now 62C then jumps to 69C and then comes back to 64-65C ...

I don't know if it's normal that a CPU temperature jumps like that.. i mean it takes some time to reach 69C from 62C.. i think..
