CPU bottle neck, how can I fix or reduce it.

so I have a
i3 7350k
asus Radeon 570 4gb expedition edition
8 GB of 2400 mega herts memory
128 GB m.2 SSD

they are the specs of my pc, I use this mostly for gaming mostly fortnite and I used to get about 200 fps give or take with a gtx 760 2gb, but now I am getting about 100. I would really appreciate if anyone could help me out with a fix for this, thanks a lot.

I think you are misunderstanding the term of cpu bottleneck as this is definitely not whats happening here. There is obviously an issue so lets ask a few questions.
Did you perform a clean install of your display drivers? Did you change any of the game settings at all?

Dumb question.
Did you remove the nvidia drivers and install the amd drivers when you changed from GTX760 to RX570?

Hi Greeko85 i did install all of the correct drivers and I have not changed any of the settings.
